mp3 media player that ISN'T iTunes?

Does anybody know of either a playlist creator or a media player for the mac besides iTunes? I don't have anything against iTunes, it just isn't useful for what I want to do.

VLC or Cog. Cog is a nice alternative if you just want to play audio files. VLC handles everything.
