I just got MouseWizard for my new Magic Mouse. It' great! It adds gestures/functions and the Magic Mouse becomes truly magical. I have no financial or other interest in the company, I just really like the product. And hey, it's only $2.50!

I just got my Magic Mouse yesterday. This other software is pretty cool. I was hoping that the gestures thingy was part of it's functionality too.

I've been using BetterTouchTool for a couple of weeks and it seems to work nicely. I can program more uses than I can keep track of!

Rick, that works great. I wish it worked on my iMac G5 but it's Intel Only. Oh well! It works great and much more accurate than the one in the first URL.

MouseWizard is working flawlessly for me. I like the user interface for settings in MouseWizard a lot better than the one in BetterTouchTool. I get exactly what I want, that is: exposé, dashboard, and zoom. The sleep function is cool but sort of unnecessary. Of course there are a lot of other functions that could be assigned to the gestures, but those are the ones I use most.

this thread hasnt been touched for time but i was looking into getting a magic mouse and install this software as well .. i see it has since went up to $5
question with the magic mouse itself or with this software are u able to slide your current screen down and see all your current screens open in thumbnail view? on my laptop i can slide 4 fingers down to perform this task .. and also slide three fingers right or left to toggle between recent apps ... will i loose these functions with the magic mouse ..? |
