What is Abk.app?

There is this program I have discovered on my Mac called Abk basically what it does is whatever i do on my computer gets documented into a .html and just says everything that goes on, on my computer but I am really wondering is this a virus? are a real trusted program that my parents might have bought?

That certainly sounds pretty shady, and this Web site states that it's spyware. I'd delete anything related to it just in case (after asking your parents about it in case it is something else). I'm very curious how that ended up on your Mac and running in the case that it is the virus listed on the site above.

the problem is, is i cant delete it cuz it is always running and i cant force quit it or anything i can delete the documents of what ive done but not the actual software for

I'm not sure it's a maverick type of spyware program. It's certainly a fairly efficient key logger. And notice that it has to be purposely installed.

Perhaps your parents may have installed it to keep an eye on your computing habits?

Most inconsiderate are parents using keyloggers! Next they will want to keep curfews!
