Which plug in do i need??
When i try to open a video on a website it says:

Safari can’t find the Internet plug-in.

This page has content of MIME type “application/x-mplayer2”, but you don’t have a plug-in for this MIME type. This page may have the plug-in for you to download and install:

    Which plug-in do i download??

    THanks a bunch!

Make sure you have Flip4Mac and Perian installed.

You might need Silverlight for Netflix movies.

After those, I'd be pretty leary of any thing else for watching web content.

In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.

Do you have Flip4Mac? Windows Media® Components for QuickTime. The plug-in you refer to is for Windows. F4M handles a lot of Windows media.

As a workaround, you may need to use a different browser, eg. FireFox. Reports suggest that it deals with streaming media better than Safari.
