Newbie Toast question

Just got a MacMini. I want to burn an image on to a disc but I can't find Toast! Is it included with the OS? The image says toast.

if you can use disk utility to open it, you may be able to burn it that way.

can I mount the image and use it? The disk utility failed when burning.

you should be able to mount it and use it, just drag it from the mounted disk image to your hd somewhere.
