my Mercury web cam was working fine, i had been able to use it several times without problems even when the other person had a more updated version of MSN until the other day! now when i invite someone to view my webcam or they invite me it will accept the invitation but then it won't open- the 'server' never seems connect or something like that

Can anyone help me?
