Apple Script help (bulter)

hi, i am learning how to write apple script, i am using bulter, (it is ok to use?) i want to write a short cut to open one of my bookmark from firefox by clicking one key. So can someone tell me, how to write a apple script that can do the following,

click f6 then
open firefox, if running switch to firefox,
then open bookmark ""
