Opening a Batch of TIFF files in Quicktime 10?

I'm on snow leopard and cannot seem to open a batch of TIFF (24 FPS video) in Quicktime 10. I remember being able to do it in an earlier version of quicktime, but now the functionality seems lost on me. Does anyone know, or help?

Isn't .TIFF a still picture format?

Right click a document, go to "Get Info", and there is on Open with option..change that to quicktime
