MacBook Pro - NeoOffice - not able to install

Hi all

I am playing around with my new MacBook pro, and have just downloaded NeoOffice from MacUpdate. Was told it is THE best application/program for mac.
But, I are not able to instal it and run it......what am I doing wrong?

Hope some can help me.

also I was a big neo fan but have gone to openoffice for mac and like it alot better.
