Mail signatures not showing jpegs

Hi

The jpegs that I have in my signature show perfectly well on my Mac as I compose, but they are not received by others.

The jpegs are of the company logo.

ANy ideas of how to fix or workaround?

They have their inbox set to non-rich text, perhaps?
