My dad, who knows barely anything about apples and doesn't even own a apple computer thinks you can get with the package Microsoft office 2008 for mac, Microsoft access. Now I know for fact unless you use parallels and run windows os on your mac you cannot use Microsoft access. Just to clarify to my dad that you cannot have access for mac os and there is no package for mac which has access. I need all of you mac users to comment on this to back me up that I am right then I will show this link to my dad.

I am a mac user, but maybe he will believe Wikipedia?

G'day generations and welcome to the forums.

Don't bother. Whatever you come up with he will believe what he wants to believe regardless of what you show him.

Do the right thing: make a bet with him. If he's right, you'll buy the package. If you're right, ice cream every day...or something.

Great idea! That takes the "I don't believe you because you're my son" factor out of the process!
