I've just upgraded to 10.4.11 from 10.3.9 and tried to use imovie 3.0.3 that I have never had any problems with. Now however I can't see the video images on imovie in the clip pane even though it tells me the camera is connected and the film is playing on the camera screen.
I have 34Gb of available disk space so I'm guessing that is not the problem. Initially, the camera controls on iMovie worked and I could control the camera but then I tried removing the com.apple.iMovie.plist file (as suggested for a similar post) but found that I had two. One was just imovie the other imovie3 so I removed both. Re-tried imovie and this time I had no camera controls through imovie but could get a frame, randomly, by clicking on the import button, but only when I used the camera's play button. I would appreciate any help Thanks G4 OS X (10.4.11) 800 MHz 256 SDRAM , quicktime 7.6.4, and iMovie 3.0.3 |
