Dreamweaver CS4 needs to be launched twice to work

It's a weird problem. If I try to open an HTML file in Dreamweaver, the green splash screen will show for a few seconds, then I will just get nothing (It still says Dreamweaver in the menu bar). If I try opening the file a second time, then it works fine.

Does this happen to anyone else?

It hasn't ever happened to me, it is a bit strange that. Maybe try reinstalling it?
