Anyone know how to make it so Growl shows a message whenever iTunes changes songs?

Whenever iTunes switched to the next song, a Growl notification showing the name and artist would be nice.

Anyone know how to accomplish this with AppleScript?

I have my system setup to do exactly what you want in addition to showing cover art. However, I seem to forget at the moment what exactly it is that's doing it. Let me look into it and I'll get back to you on it.

Doesn't GrowlTunes do this automatically? Just copy it to your Applications folder from the Growl installation (it's in the Extras folder). More info here.

Hope that helps. Of course it is possible I am missing something and you are looking for something more advanced.
