is a program to make animated GIF's for Mac, or can someone tell me how to do it in Photoshop?

Use ImageReady. It should have come with Photoshop.

thanks oscar for the reply. what i am trying to do is make a gif that would flip between the iBook pic in my sig and the photo negative of it. i do not know photoshop well enough to figure out how to do that. any more advice?
