How to unzip .zipX files

i mean everything i'm reading right now is making it seem like it just can't be done.

Try reading the release date. That's 3 year old software, and also says for the standard zip compression. It's just "zipX" because the X makes it sound more extreme.

harryb2448 says "Stuffit Deluxe" and gives a link to zipxfile.com. That page says
StuffIt Deluxe® 2010 Mac (if you want to create/open zipx files on a Mac)
But a tweet at the bottom of the page says
@manicvic Nope, can't open the Zipx file on a mac
And if you look at what Stuffit.com says about Stuffit Deluxe 2010 for Mac, they say "Open Zip archives" and "Open Stuffit X archives", but not a word about zipx. And I think they'd be bragging about it if they did, don't you?
