Have a client that was using POP with Entourage 2004 on OSX 10.5.6. They switched to a hosted Exchange service. We kept the Inbox folders etc. but deleted the POP account and added the Exchange account. Email flows but sometimes gets directed to the POP folders instead of the new Exchange folders. Sometimes emails will go to the POP junk email folder while the sender is on the safe sender list.

We need to keep the POP folders because the hosted Exchange service has a 1 GB limit, and we want to be able to reference back to old emails.

Any ideas?
QUOTE Thanks
