MacBook - Whenever i use quicktime to watch videos. The menu bar on top disappears?

Whenever i use quicktime to watch videos. The menu bar on top disappears? So can u guys tell me how to set the menu bar not to disappear.

As you can see, theres no menu bar on top when i open quicktime.
