OS 10.5 - Safari problem?

Im using firefox right now but im having a problem with safari. Im connected to wirless internet and whenever I click on safari it gives me this message "Safari can’t open the page “Apple - Start because it can’t find the server “livepage.apple.com”. It does this for every website.

Which Safari 3 or beta 4 and have u just done an upgrade? More info needed re your hardware and software
