What are you currently using to expand these files? I use Stuffit expander, and it seems to work for pretty much everything I need to expand. You can always try Unarchiver. Then of course there is winrar for Mac. I find it complicated to use though. >_<"

It's very very easy to use! Bear in mind that the files may be password protected depending on what they are. Also, if you have a lot of .rar files in one folder, always open the last one first, as it usually unzips all if there are several sections making up one big file like a movie or software. Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics! |

Once you've tried multiple unarchivers, the next step is to believe that there is an issue with the file itself.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth. In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus. |
