Skype issue S.O.S

Hey guys I was wondering how to make Skype not launch when you first boot your mac, every time I boot my mac up it launches straight away and I don't like that, also I still want it to save my user and password, how can I do this?

just go into Sys Prefs/accounts/login items and click on Skype and hit the minus below the box then next reboot it does not start until you manually select it. If you right click on the Skype Icon in the dock you can select Keep in Dock and it will be there next time you want it, one click and it is go
