Every week I send several payments to different vendors related to my business. I currently use quickbooks for my accounting and microsoft word to print the envelopes. I was wondering if there was someway to automate the process of printing the envelopes. Currently I am having to type each address into the envelope wizard within word. Is there a better way. Is there a program that will pull the information from quickbooks or contacts? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Aggie,

Try the Mail Merge in Word. If you have your vendors set up in an address book (such as Outlook or Entourage), it should be able to pull them from there. I have done this on a PC and not my mac.
