FTP Backup software

I have a NAS drive in another location and wish to backup over the WAN via FTP any suggestions on a good app for this?

if they're unix hosts on both ends I'd use rsync.

other than that, I'd script SCP sends, I don't use (or recommend) FTP anymore.. same with telnet.
