Converting my MSN friend to Adium

I'm trying to convince a friend to run Adium instead of Microsoft Messenger (since it's feature-rich, customizable, multi-protocol and seems to support the WLM protocol better.) but he doesn't like the interface. Can anyone suggest addons that make Adium look, feel and sound more like Microsoft Messenger so that I can persuade him?

Why try and persuade him if he is happy with MSN? I think it's a waste of time to make something into something that it isn't. Adium is way better than MSN messenger and if your friend can't see that, then I say just let him wallow in his own crapulence.
