I am looking for a freeware/shareware app to record a web cast/stream of video and audio. I checked Macupdate and Versiontracker, but did not see anything. Any ideas?

snapz pro will record both audiop and video, the easiest way is to go to the page containing what you want using firefox, use the save page as command and itll download into a folder that whole page, including html and media, just delete what you dont want.
QUOTE Thanks
