I am testing out macjournal. So far I like it a lot for journal keeping and just organizing my writing, but I am having a problems with photos.

I don't want to put them on the web. I want to import photos into my journal entries, but they keep coming in way to large. In pages, I could change their size manually. Same problem with videos too. If it were just photos, I guess I could resize them in iphoto. Not very efficient and I take a lot of photos of my kids.

Is there a way to fix this or do I have do it manually. Would you know how Journaler handles this? I tried to install that the other day, but there was a problem with it.
QUOTE Thanks
