ran the tests with this tool trhat comes with the apple care protection plan and in the results this came up...

Surface Scan
Skipped
The surface scan test will scan the disk for bad blocks.

where all the other tests Passed...

i have ran out on my plan and want to find out what i can do or even if its serious...
anyone know?

ok just copped on that it was turned off... duh
