gmail and apple

does anyone know how to take contacts from gmail and add them to Address Book?? I've tried serval methods I found online but so far none of them have worked...also; I can't open any of my emails on hotmail, does this have something to do with some sort of setting i might have on my safari??

Have you tried opening up Address Book and then opening up the Preferences > General and then click the checkbox "Synchronize with Google"?

I haven't tried it, but it looks like it should work.

are you running leopard? Im running Tiger and I don't see that option in my Address Book Preferences....and ideas about the hotmail problem?

Yeah Leopard and yeah it's a "newer" feature so I guess you wouldn't have that option.. hm.. Im not sure otherwise, you might need to check macupdate.com they might have something.

I don't know a thing about hotmail except that they've always been difficult to work with.
