Local database to mysql

Hi Guys,

Could someone please recommend the best apps available to me.

I currently have a mysql database for my website running on my server. What I would like to have is a database app on my local machine that I can enter data, matching the same structure as the server database and then be able to upload it when I have an internet connection.

It would also be beneficial if the app would allow me to import the existing mysql structure/data from a mysql dump as it is pretty complex and having to setup the structure again would be a loooooonnnnnngggggg job!

Any and all apps would be welcome to suggestion so I can compare them all.
