Questions about Mac the Ripper

If I use mac the ripper to put the video ts folder on my drive, what program can i use to put the movie on a disc? do i have to buy something or can I just use the burn option on the mac in disc utilities to burn it to a double layered disc to play in the dvd player? i don't wanna shrink, just make a back up.

I usually use Burn to create a working disc image, then write it to a disc.

Toast has an option for Video from Ts folder.

I use DVD2One and Disk utility to burn.
