I'm thinking of purchasing a new 15-inch: 2.53GHz Macbook Pro w/ 4gb RAM.

Can anyone give me an idea of how well this model copes with the Adobe Master Collection CS4 software?

Cheers

John

I'd say perfectly, you can't get a much better laptop specs then those of the MBP you mentioned, it will handle it with a smile

I purchased the same laptop about one month ago. I cannot comment on CS4 but can share that I have no issues with Photoshop CS3 Extended and Capture NX2 open and processing NEF files simultaneously.

Works fantastically with the CS4 Master Suite - no problems at all. You'll be fine considering I'm running the 2.4GHz, 4gb RAM Alu MBP.
