Screen Capturing Solution..

Do you know a screen capture software that is able to create an output like this ? I want to integrate webcam recording, powerpoint/keynote slide and the slide numbers on the same movie without interfering each other. This is a sample of the output I want :  Best..Emre.. |

It won't look exactly like that, but it will record the screen contents and the iSight video, and you can add chapter markers. |
