Mail keeps wanting me to correct UK spellings to the US spelling.

Eg Organise to Organize, harbour to harbor.

My Mac region is set to the UK so I'm not sure why this keeps happening.

Any ideas how I change this.

Thanks

GP

Thanks for the advice, but it doesn't really help.

I would like the spell checker to work, just to the correct form of English.

Thanks, that's works. I tried doing it on the mail page and it doesn't show but it does when you open an email.

Thanks again

Hi Ginger,
Old post but I couldn't help but notice the Caps Lock problem
System Prefs > Keyboard > Modifier keys > Caps lock > No action.

~ 13" MacBook Air. OSX 10.9 ~ iPad 2 & iPhone ~

Ahem! That's what it was giving you!

Just kidding of course. Glad you got that one "fixed".
