OS 10.5 - Weird text box in iTunes

I need some help. I was trying to click cmd + i and ended up doing something else and this weird text box appeared on my itunes. I cant get rid of it and its always there. I've taken a screen shot of what it looks like. Can anyone help me get rid of it?
