In Mozilla Firefox, if you click a link that is set to open in a new window it opens it in a new tab instead.

Is this possible in Safari as well?

It should be in the Tabs section of Safari preferences, but...

Its in the General tab Open links from other applications

Thanks, but I tried this, and it didn't work.

It only works if I click a link that's sent to me from Mac Mail, etc.
