Anyone know why sometimes iTunes will not respond on my Mac mini running OS 10.5.5? It's iTunes 8.0.2.
The only way I can get iTunes to reopen is to manually turn off/on the computer, a restart doesn't do it.
It's maddening.

What exactly happens? Does it open? Does it stop responding when your using it? How much ram do you have?

We need more information.

Sometimes iTunes IS open and it won't respond, other times it's not open and doesn't when launched. Even a Force Quit doesn't usually work.
The computer has 1GB of RAM.
It just seems so intermittent.
