Personal info and browser history

I got a new MacBook last Friday during the sale and I want to sell my iBook G4 running 10.3.9. What should I do to erase my personal info on the iBook?

I also don't want Firefox and Safai auto-logging the new owner onto sites like amazon.com, showing past searches on Google and past URLs when they start to type one in. How do I erase those?

do an erase and install using the install disks you got with your iBook, that will erase everything off.
