Mac Specs: Sooper Fast!

I need something to track finances, make invoices and receipts, and keep track of accounts. What's out there? I see so many, but a lot appear to be duds and even programs like Quick Books Pro gets lousy reviews compared to the Windows versions.

Anyone have suggestions?

Quick Books just came out with a new mac version. I use quickbooks inside fusion, along with other pc apps I need, such as IE.
