Aperture to iPhoto

Mistakenly, I decided to accept the 30-day trial to Aperture, and I started a book project. The program is too complicated for me, and I'm running out of time. I don't want to buy the project, but I don't want to start my book project over, either, Is there a way to transfer the book, templates and data, over to iPhoto and finish it from that program? What are my best options?

There is an export to iPhoto feature somewhere in there, just search help and you'll find it.

Can't find uit. There's "Export version, master, metadata. There's IMPORT from iPhoto Library. I don't see how any of these enable you to export the book project. What am I missing?
