MacBook - help me to install new applications??

i hav a macbook for a year

now, i m trying to install new photoshop. and i couldnt rememnber the password.

im not like a computer person at all.

i talked to apples customer service. they said i need to have the two recovery cds that comes wid the macbook.

i think i lost the cds wen i was moving.



anyone can help me how can i install new application to my mac?

Mac Specs: iMac i5 2.7GHz OS X.9.4 and OS X.10

Try the new Photoshop software discs and see if there is an uninstaller included. If so run this and earlier versions should be removed preparing the way for a clean install..

you can only change an admin password by booting from the install DVD

You will not be able to access the keychain, but it will get you out of trouble
