Iphone (setup using I tunes) now Mail & Address book dont work !!!

now my adress book wont works , it justs opens and closes gives me an NIB file missing error in the console BUT ALL MY CONTACTS SEEM TO BE IN THE IPHONE then i went on and tried to reinstall the adress book out of my DVD but i ended up installing the one for tiger (i deleted the one i had) now it wont launch in Leopard im totally screwed please help , i switched from a black berry so thats no helping either , im lost |
