OS 10.4 - Javascrpit and what not for this website?

This website has a pop up when i go to it saying this "hiJavaScript is not enabled"

So i go to my preferences and check and see that javascript IS enabled. What do i do? The website isn't working right and I'm going to assume that this is the problem. Thank you!
