Format NTFS with a Mac

Hi!

I need to format an external HD to NTFS. Unfortunatle Disk Utility does have such an option, it only allows formatting to FAT, Mac ....But i need NTFS!
My question is, is there any mac program (like partition magic for WIN) which can solve this problem?

The Paragon driver for OSX has a Format NTFS utility with it. It will format NTFS drives right in OSX according to them. It also allows full read and write of NTFS Volumes under OSX.

Read data, write data on the Windows NTFS partitions under Mac OS X
