Program to edit mp3

Just wondering what you guys use to edit mp3s. I want to make my own ringtones, and I used to use audacity but I'm having problems now, since I can't cut the pieces of the song I want. Any other programs that I could use to edit mp3s? Thanks

What kind of phone do you have? If you have an iPhone, then you can use Garageband to easily make ringtones. If you have some other phone, then you might want to look into Audacity. It's very simple to use and exports to a bunch of formats.
