I just switched from GNOME and I have become a bit addicted to the typing break monitor built in to that environment.

Can anyone tell me if there is a Mac program that will do the same time, i.e. keep track of keyboard/mouse activity and make you take typing breaks five minutes per hour or whatever you set it to?
