What's wrong with my Photo Booth?

Not only does it seem to hog a lot of system resources, but it crashes after every video I record.

I have 2GB Ram.

Well when I have photobooth open it uses around 50-85mb and when video is recording it uses around 107.7mb's. Maybe you have too many processes running and your system is trying to play catch up. Try restarting your computer and only open that up and see how that treats you.
