External Graphics Card?

I have seen Asus XG has released an external graphics card. It says that it requires an Express Card slot for games. I do not have an Express Card Slot. Are there and USB 2.0 to express card alternatives? |

USB graphic card mac - Google Search Standing request for all troubleshooting: Please provide your Mac model/year and OS version.
