I've searched and found unanswered version of this thread, so I'll try to be as helpful as possible.

I have a POP account on Mail. It works. I'm trying to add two more accounts, and for both, the password is being rejected.

The example account I'm going to use is my school Email. It's Microsoft Exchange.

The first set of information is correct. I've tried all sorts of versions of my name for Full Name, but it accepts it always, so I don't think this is the problem. On the next page, however, it tells me my password is wrong:

I've made my User name be just about everything I can come up with, my Full name, the username I type in to log on (jPrichard10) and the full e-mail address. Nothing works.

The other is an excite e-mail account. What am I doing wrong?
QUOTE Thanks

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately that didn't affect anything.

Another thing to mention, I'm running Tiger.

Contact your school's IT department and ask them what your user name would be for logging on with Mail.
