I have a problem...
1 - First Time I set-up my gmail account with MacMail, the client retreived all my old e-maisl... (1500) even if were already read. (That was perfect for me) 2- For a unknown reason, one day, my Gmail account (In MacMail) was always displaying that there was 1 unread mail. But there was not. Even in the web gmail there was no unread mail. 3- I was in the incapacity to resolve this issue so I tried to delete my Gmail account in MacMail to and re set-up. (so the ?%$ 1 unread mail would be gone) 4- It was gone but... MacMail did not retreived all my olds mails. It seems like it retreived only the mails that never been downloaded with the client. It's a problem for me because I often need to refer to old e-mails in my work and now I have no choice of log-in in the gmail web.... not funny. Is anyone have a idea how to resolve this ??? Thank you |

Log into Gmail and under the POP settings you can determine whether clients should download any new mails coming in, or all mails.
Or use IMAP instead! |
