iCal Question...

When you go to the iCal menu > preferences > accounts what does the does adding a new ical/dav account do? I see that when you click the "+" you can set a url under server options... what is all this for?

It's for setting up iCal to work with a CalDAV server:

CalDAV - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chances are if you don't know what it is, you don't need to worry about it.
